I don't normally write reviews but they have failed to respond or acknowledge my complaint placed on August 10, 2025. Beware of Brazilian sugaring by Zina. I booked with her on August 10, 2025 as I couldn't get in with my regular sugarist and all the reviews were positive. She is friendly but her technique and professionalism was sub par. Never have I experienced anything like I did with sugaring at Sucre. She literally pulled a layer of skin off my bikini line. It was raw, red and bleeding a bit. I had never had any type of sugaring or other form of hair removal before and so I was super nervous before my appointment. But everyone I interacted with was incredible, especially Zina who did the service! She was kind, understanding, and made the entire experience amazing. I felt so welcome and comfortable. Thanks so much to everyone at Sucre ☺️
