The gym itself may be decent but Fred, I’m assuming the owner or coach, is super unprofessional and I would suggest all my service industry people and friends who own bars not to do business with him. He’s been unprofessional since day one as I offered to help the team with an after party, and team dinner. He doesn’t follow through nor holds his “fighters” accountable. I scouted this gym from a friend who is a really good boxer and asked him where he trains. After visiting numerous boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai gyms, where the focus was often just on calorie burning rather than taking in actual skill with little attention to technique, this gym was a change.
