The gym itself may be decent but Fred, I’m assuming the owner or coach, is super unprofessional and I would suggest all my service industry people and friends who own bars not to do business with him. He’s been unprofessional since day one as I offered to help the team with an after party, and team dinner. He doesn’t follow through nor holds his “fighters” accountable.
