Dr. Madhusudan is terrific. Her medical assistant is also great. Her receptionist is the opposite, if I was rating her it would be a 1. She is not friendly at all, I can deal with that but she is condescending and outright mean, I cannot tolerate that. I have tried, complementing a top she was wearing, small talk about the weather, etc. she still remains rude and mean. It’s a shame, it could be a great practice.
Zero starts for Dr. Madhu. The only reason I gave a star is because the receptionist and the nurse were incredibly lovely. The doctor however had horrible bedside manner. She talked at me, not with me. She didn’t seem to care about anything I brought in to discuss. I came in to find the root cause of an issue I’ve been having for most of my life and she completely disregarded anything that I brought up. She is an amazing doctor. She listens to my concerns. I see her for osteoporosis.
