She is rude uncaring and quite the obnoxious horrid terrible person with no manners or even courtesy because I asked questions and she didn't like that not one but so she stormed out after treating me horribly and screaming at me because I was asking her about different medications and she just admitted that something she tried to prescribe me out another patient in the hospital and she didn't have any remorse at all when I reminded her that she refused to answer my questions and tried to ask her about trying other things sh... read more
Dr. Madhusudan is terrific. Her medical assistant is also great. Her receptionist is the opposite, if I was rating her it would be a 1. She is not friendly at all, I can deal with that but she is condescending and outright mean, I cannot tolerate that. I have tried, complementing a top she was wearing, small talk about the weather, etc. she still remains rude and mean. It’s a shame, it could be a great practice.
Zero starts for Dr. Madhu. The only reason I gave a star is because the receptionist and the nurse were incredibly lovely. The doctor however had horrible bedside manner. She talked at me, not with me. She didn’t seem to care about anything I brought in to discuss. I came in to find the root cause of an issue I’ve been having for most of my life and she completely disregarded anything that I brought up.
