I had purchased 2 different boxes with them and every single Box came with a dead plant. For the price they charge I wish the quality and customer service was a bit better. The one on the left is a moonstone succulent I had purchased for $22 for 2…. Definitely not worth it if I’m going to receive one dead and another almost completely wilted.

I placed an order for a three month subscription on April 19 with a ship date of May 4. This IS A GIFT. The recipient has not received a shipping confirmation as promised and I have not been able to reach anyone at this business. I have sent three emails and left a voicemail . Was really looking forward to the Uniqueness of this gift but now I am going to have to somehow get my money back since they have not gone thru with the shipment. Regretful waste of $30+ over two months for subpar cuttings. Half of my cuttings would arrive shriveled or broken. For $16, I can go to my local nursery and buy four 4” succulents that have been treated better and are in healthier condition.

My daughter purchases a 3 month eucalyptus subscription for me as a Mithers Day gift. The first shipment arrived a week later than expected and most of the eucalyptus was dead. My second shipment arrived and it was completely dead...dried to the bone and the bunch was shaped like the box. Very bad service.
