Would give zero stars if I could. Will cost your company thousands. And will not fix bugs also this app absolutely torches your battery life.
This might possibly be the worst platform any service company could choose. The reports are absolutely terrible and customer service is non existent. The developers have done the impossible with the Gen II version, they have produced a worse product than they started with.
Constantly having issues with the program. I call for assistance and the answer is always we don't have those capabilities" I will put in a request to update". Updates never happen. No chip technology for credit card payment. We pay 3.5% to 4% for entering numbers manually. Constantly getting booted off in the middle of sessions with no answer. Losing alot of time talking to tech support and having to start over every time I'm booted off. We've invested so much time and money into this program I wish w could get better resul... read more
