Dealing with Chris, the property manager, has been an absolute nightmare. He is unprofessional, dismissive, and consistently fails to address even basic issues. Nothing gets done properly, and tenants are left feeling ignored and frustrated. I would strongly warn anyone against trusting this property and especially under his management.

Dealing with Chris is like dealing with a brick wall that talks back rudely. No accountability, no respect, just blame-shifting and intimidation. Easily the worst property manager experience ever.
Chris has shown a complete lack of professionalism as a property manager. The property was advertised and presented one way but handed over in a completely different and unacceptable condition, with significant issues that should have been addressed before tenancy. My experience with Chris, the property dealer, was nothing short of frustrating. I trusted him with my money, but the service was unprofessional, and communication was poor from the start. To make matters worse, despite repeated promises, Chris never refunded the amount he owed me. It’s clear that once he had my money, I was completely ignored. I would strongly advise others to stay away from Chris and find a more reliable property dealer. My experience was disappointing and costly.
