She is not only extremely experienced in her field, but is compassionate and generous with her time and instills a sense of confidence and calm in parents while trying to better their home situation.
Though the guidance of Jackie and Robin, my approach to parenting has shifted, which resulted in my child and I developing better ways to communicate and function as a family. They gave me key skills to implement which are so simple and most of all WORK :) I cannot say enough good things about them, and we are all much happier now.
