Worse drivers ever, cussed out a home owner !! He got lost following his GPS w/o paying attention to where he was. I'm not their customer and he tried to turn his big van around in my little driveway to get to the neighbors, instead of turning around where the road is wide and there's a turn-around !! Backed into my fence destroying a fence post, then cussed me out as he drove off to a neighbors house, which can't be accessed w/o crossing my land. If you’ve also been taken advantage by this company plz email me at sw.costco.complaints@gmail.com. After owning their $10k system for 18 months we had the same part fail 2x. First time with Jason the sales rep., everything was taken care of under warranty, but now that Jason is no longer with the company, they charged us $500 for the second failure, and said they’d waive that fee if we invested $3500 by 3 pm that day into a new filtration system.
