I set my appointment with Success Vision a week prior to my visit on a recommendation from a coworker. Upon further inquiry a few of my friends advised me to go elsewhere. Honestly they couldn't have been more wrong. The front desk personnel, the optometrist and the young man (Aaron) who helped us with the frames after our exam were all fantastic. Aaron was the absolute best! I live 1.5 hours away from this location and really needing my pair of glasses for school. It was closer to closing time, so I wasn’t expecting to get my glasses made the same day. He told me he was skeptical they would be completed by the lab personnel the same day, but he took matters into his own hands and worked on ensuring my glasses would be ready that SAME day. Tonight my partner and I went to Success Vision Express for a few pairs of glasses. The eye exam went well and the staff were very attentive and helpful. After the exam, we went over to the connecting eye glass store to get the script filled for the glasses. Aaron was the name of our optician and he was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond to help out in the lab with getting our glasses completed tonight in a timely manner. Gracen did a fabulous job. She made the whole experience worth while. We felt like we really mattered and was very focused on making sure my husband's glasses were the right fit for his eyes and face. So blessed
I have been in several times to look for a pair of new glasses and each time it was overwhelming for me. I didn’t know where to start. Today I had Gracie, she made a huge impact on me! She was the BEST! She explained the difference in the lenses, the cost, any add ons I might want and the cost of that. She took all of my anxiety away over trying to find a pair that fit right!
