My sister and I were road tripping from Dallas to Hot Springs while visiting from Hawaii. On the drive, I realized I couldn’t read the road signs, so we called over 20 opticians between Texarkana and Hot Springs. Thankfully, Success was able to get me in within 48 hours. From the front desk team to the staff in the glasses center who made and fitted my glasses, and of course the doctor…I was blown away by how helpful, accommodating, and understanding everyone was. We had a great experience. We thought everyone that worked there was experienced and knowledgeable.
I came in and hadn’t had an eye exam in 5 years. It was very needed and I got the cutest glasses in about an hour an a half total from eye exam to purchase. The doctors are so kind and knowledgeable. The staff at both the optometrist and Success Vision Express gave me the best customer service. It was a great experience and I thank them for scheduling and taking care of me quickly right before the holiday weekend. Thank you for you all for making me be able to see so much better!
