Would of given it 5 stars but this one ole white lady was rude loud kept asking after being told yes single out the only black people in store to ask have we checked in mind you we all had been in store for at least hour been seen by eye door was waiting to pick out frames we wasn't just walking in from the street we had been in the office for awhile never once ask any white patrons some looked like they couldn't even afford to be in there that walked in but did she ask them if they checked in multiple times nope 🤔
Friendly staff. Doctor was not good and seemed rushed. Gave me a prescription that was extremely different from all my other years of prescriptions eye wear. Right eye has always been 125 from specialist. He wrote prescription for 25 for my right eye. And the same for left eye. Previous prescriptions from specialist over the years were left 25 and right 125. With new prescription glasses, of course, I cannot see properly. Won't make this mistake again
I was out of town visiting Hot Springs on a long weekend with my mom and brother. One of my nose pads broke and of course I am 5 hrs from home. I went in an explained the situation to the lovely lady at the front desk. She was more than happy to help. She actually replaced both nose pads including the brackets because they didn't have the kind already on my glasses. She was so sweet and helpful!
this is my favorite store to come into in this whole town. These two guys were absolutely a blessing today the best and the most courteous customer service I’ve had in a long time. Will not be buying eyewear or doing any eye business anywhere else I’ve been won over by this company for a while but today just reconfirmed it.. Thank you so much to Chad Blis and Dillon Stevens
Got bifocal glasses. Brought my own frames which I was told my prescription could fir them . No 2for deals for bifocals. Paid $295. No new eyepieces. Tried for 2 weeks to wear the glasses. I've worn bifocals before ,so wanted to gi e fair time to Fjust. Never could see to dri e or read with them. Went back to Su cess vision and explained. Gen Mgr. At Hot Springs, AR.
