Once you're a customer that is it. You are nobody to them. You do not find out about upgrades, updates, new items, new features, etc. until you are at your wits end with the software or have an issue with the hardware and then be told it is out of date and you need to purchase something new. Customer service always goes to a voicemail that does call you back eventually but that's not convenient for when I need a problem addressed at that time. Currently shopping for new back office software with someone else.
I have used Success systems for many years. Their system is pretty straight forward. I only use the pricing features.
We have now been with Success Systems for about 3 years, and to this day if there is ever an issue I call or email them they are right on top of it. They are always willing to answer questions or walk me through steps as many times as I need it. The classes the offer are very helpful and always great that you can always go back and retake if you need more clarification, along with the help key to show you how to do things. Read all complaints from the Better Business Bureau! read all reviews from google. Do not use this company. They owner does not uphold to any contracts. They take money out of your account when you decide to switch to a better system. They lock you out of your program even though you have purchased it and own it. They screen your phone calls so they do not have to answer you then send you a text and tell you that they did hear all of your voicemails and they "have no plans on returning your call" be aware of this company.
