The Team at Success Systems has always been very helpful. We use them for cigarette scan data and for ePB at our franchise sites. It is very easy to work with them and their software. We highly recommend them for both of these services

We purchased a system from Success Systems, Inc. based on clear representations about AI invoice scanning, back-office functionality, and support, including from their sales rep and owner Scott Tarlow. None of it worked as described. From day one, Success Systems had major issues. The AI invoice feature never became operational despite multiple trainings, updates, and repeated assurances. Once you're a customer that is it. You are nobody to them. You do not find out about upgrades, updates, new items, new features, etc. until you are at your wits end with the software or have an issue with the hardware and then be told it is out of date and you need to purchase something new. Customer service always goes to a voicemail that does call you back eventually but that's not convenient for when I need a problem addressed at that time. Currently shopping for new back office software with someone else.
