They have made the process really easy staff super friendly and Emily answered all my questions
Suffered for a year with my tooth being pulled down in front, mouth left looking like a bell instead of a U. The before and after pictures and subsequent xrays show clear denegration in my alignment. She didn't give any termination notice as required by law - she just agreed to an appointment, took off my braces, and said we were done. I came in for an adjustment and left with incomplete treatment and no braces, shocked and upset. I though she was repositioning the brackets to fix the misalignment.
