This is the worse real estate I have every dealt with, the unit we were renting was deemed unliveable cause of water damage in every room. We ended up homeless and they said they would not help us find another place. Cheryl said to use her as a reference when applying for other houses but she never would fill out the information they send out do verify your reference. Worst real estate to exist in Toowoomba and that's being nice, the way the owner Angela Harms and her property manager Cheryl Pearson speak to genuine tenants is disgusting and disappointing as a tenant. They have no regard for your safety as a tenant And are more concerned about maximising their rental returns for landlords, especially the landlords that don't want to properly maintain their investment properties. Had such an amazing experience with Success Realty. Was with them for 2 years and only vacated due to needing a bigger property. 100% recommend them. Denise was my property manager and always went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more thankful. Special thanks to Cheryl in the office too.
