Viewed a property listed by Success the agent was Stacey. Viewed it with another office on Saturday and was told that all offers had to be in on Monday. Contacted my agent to put in a cash offer on Sunday. She called back and said that Stacey told her that there was an offer accepted. Clearly unethical. I received a call on Thursday stating the offer fell thru. Again placed a cash offer with a cutoff of Friday at 5. Nobody contacted us pertaining to the offer. You decide if you want to do business with an office like that.
