Confused. Making an appointment was told my insurance fully covered annual diabetes exam. That they would dilate eyes. Told them I would be driving myself. They said in that case they wouldn't dilate my eyes. Arrived for appointment was again told there was zero amount due. Durning eye exam was told it was mandated by insurance they dilate my eyes.
