I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other parents deserve to know about our experience. My 6 year old son has Autism Level 2 and had been receiving ABA services until we relocated. Because of the move, I had to discharge him from his previous ABA provider on April 15. My biggest concern was preventing regression, so I made it very clear from the very beginning that getting him back into therapy as quickly as possible was my top priority. Let me say this I don’t EVER leave reviews unless they are good , I DO JOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE. I seen a review on here similar but I guess they got it deleted , I hate that I didn’t listen, they said they were sending in the the forms to insurance , it’s been a month and they never can give me a answer . I have been going through other therapy’s to l to know insurance never take this long . I’m so upset because I choose this one, thinkin the process wasn’t going to take long
I love love love this staff. They have been so amazing. We transferred from the douglasville location and they have made the process nothing but easy going. Completely transparent and honest and the progress we have seen is impeccable. I am happy to drop off my kid to such an amazing staff.
