All communication is done by sending a link via text to your cell phone and when I did finally get an appointment, they just pushed the same medication I was on previously when I told them I had adverse reactions to it. It seemed they were too scared to actually diagnose me and just relied on the historical information I gave them and didn't actually listen to me at all.
