I paid nearly $400 as a new HRT patient for labs and visits, trusting I would receive proper medical care and support. My initial consult with Dr. Horner was pleasant—she was kind and personable—but that was the only time I interacted with her. Every other visit was handled by nurses. Amazing team!! As always I enjoyed visiting Success by design, they always treated me with professionalism and respect.
Because the consultant explained everything fully, so that I can understand. She showed me pictures of the process of what to expect after the process. Can't wait to start the process.
