We have been coming to Lauren for about a year or more on and off. Succeed Psychology has been our safe space for my daughter with high anxiety and self harm . We can’t speak highly enough of the support that you guy’s have been giving to her and without this service we would be in a difficult position. My daughter will ask when is her next appointment as Lauren is her person of go to. As a family we could have never imagined being in this position but feel we are stronger now. We want to thank you for the ongoing support.

Dr. Shivani Vij has been a lifesaver. She’s warm, empathetic, and really gets me. From day one, she created a safe space to open up, and her practical tools—all about ADHD, mindfulness tips, executive functioning tools and stress-busting techniques—have been super helpful for me. She listens, adapts to what I need, and gently pushes me to grow without judgment. If you’re looking for a psychologist who’s both skilled and caring, Dr. Vij is amazing. Highly recommend!
