My experience in the past has been excellent, however, events over the last week have left me extremely disappointed. I called Friday a week ago to book an appointment for a staff member suffering from PTSD and the appointment was required as soon as possible. The receptionist took all the details and mentioned that the male she wanted to speak with was unavailable. The appointment was to be after 6pm when the employee finished work.
