I did a lot of research regarding getting my daughter diagnosis, and this clinic did not disappoint. The lovely Dr Shivani was a pleasure. She broke everything down for me and I walked away every time understanding all the information from each session clearly. My daughter will finally get the assistance she needs because of her. The lovely ladies at reception were also a pleasure. Would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs it.
I was given a referral to one of the Psychologists at the office. I was I formed that their books were closed. I enquired about another Psychologist. The receptionist who answer the phone said I quote.... ' what's wrong with you'? I was taken aback by this question..... I thought that it was very blunt and her attitude was very rude.... I Said that I wasn't sure... At this point she became very argumentative and even stated that 'I may need a Psychiatrist ' . My son sees Jordan and he is exceptional at what he does. He is kind , caring and patient and my son enjoys his sessions with him.
