Great yoga studio! Great teachers
I have taken a Yin and Vinyasa class now and have enjoyed both. Very relaxing and invigorating experience even with all the Covid regulations! I am so glad to be visiting a yoga studio once again. Plenty of space! Shay and Amy are both wonderful, peaceful and inspiring teachers and women. Will definitely be back.
inviting and relaxing space. Shay and Amy give the perfect amount of instruction with the practice. Just enough soreness after to know my body needs it. Always feel my energy is in a better state the rest of the day. Highly recommend!!!
