We recently had our septic tanks cleaned out. Kevin was a delight to work with. He was on time, professional, communicative and very polite. He took his time to answer all of our questions and provided knowledge on other aspects of the system that we were unaware of. We will use Suc N Up again and definitely will be asking for Kevin.
Oh my gosh, this company is great, just great. We've dealt with them before and they are the best. But this time, they have proven themselves again. We had an emergency and had to shut off the water until they could pump the tank. No bathrooms, no water!! It was 6:30 p.m. and getting dark. They sent out a tanker and he worked into the night to pump our tank so we could finish our emergency sewer issue. What can I say, they are so good.
