I called these guys on a Friday night at around 10:30 PM. Our septic pump failed and water was backing up in the basement. We were left with no ability to use water or shower over the weekend. I called the team at Suc N Up and they came to the house about 30 minutes later. They were able to replace our septic pump and get us back up and running before midnight on Friday evening.
