Didn't show up within the 2-hour window. While they did call earlier in the morning (prior to appointment window) to confirm, they simply didn't show up. Eventually they did call but that was almost 2 hours after they were to have shown up.
Very happy with this family-owned professional service. I first called L&J, the "factory-certified" service techs recommended by L&J and was not impressed for several reasons: 1. They charge a service fee of $175 just to look at/diagnose the issue. 2. The service fee of $175 isn't credited against any subsequent work undertaken. 3. Customer Service at Sub-Zero pinpointed the issue I was having just by me describing it.
