Worst after service any company can give. Very surprised they are still in business. Have a great Hot Tub, friendly sales staff and knowledgeable etc. However my lights have not worked properly from day 1 it is now 2 years, they came but it took them 6 months to come yes 6 months! Recently purchased a spa from one of Subzero's Dynasty hot tub road shows. The staff at the show were knowledgeable and quite helpful. Unfortunately the after sales support has been abysmal. They often fail to return calls, and getting them to acknowledge their mistakes seems impossible. I would consider returning the spa, and going somewhere else to get better support. I purchased a 4-man hot tub, perfect size for my family, and love it... Brian was great and provided all the information needed. No surprises! He was honest and told me what I needed for the install and advised of an average wiring cost, which was very accurate. The delivery boys were funny, professional, and respectful. They returned for a consultation after the hot tub was up and running. I definitely recommend SubZero. A+
