Second time I’ve used SubZero, and am always happy! Steve came out for my furnace a few years ago, and just recently for the thermostat. They are quick to schedule, kind, great follow up for upcoming appt, VERY REASONABLY priced, and sent the invoice via email. Subzero have done maintenance on our furnace and A/C since before we moved in. This past maintenance they found a crack in our heat exchanger which required a full replacement. We received a quote later that day and once we decided what route to go, they were very quick in getting us on the schedule. Their customer service is great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any HVAC services!
