We have been using this company since July of this year. What can I say but these folks are some real down to earth people who really do treat the customer like family and work with you every step of the way. My first interaction was with the ever so personable Steve. When he came to our house I was completely comfortable from the beginning and let him know we were new house owners. Jack and Trishanda were amazing to do business with. They were always polite, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Our Bryant thermostat went out in upper 80s temperatures. I sent an email requesting assistance. They responded within the hour. After answering a few questions and sending a couple photos, they provided an estimate, and upon my confirmation they scheduled us for the next afternoon. (I did not request emergency service.) After waiting 3 weeks for a different (BIG) company to fix our AC as they had agreed to, I finally gave up and googled local HVAC companies. I found Sub Zero and saw that they have a 5rating. I now know why they have that rating, and I would give them even more if it was an option! They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and fair priced.
