A company that has a value of seniority over respect. Started working for this company and the second day got yelled at by someone from another dept for loading a truck that I was told to load. Didn’t tolerate being spoken to as a child and got told to leave. When I spoke to HR Karen, she asked me to hand her my badge and they’d get it figured out. I never got a call back from them. I’ve heard too much about this company. That discipline is very poor. H&R does not take an initiative to discipline the employees the way they talk to their Supervisors and group leader on the assembly line all kinds of different nationalities that don’t even speak English so how can the people work with supervisors or lead that they don’t even understand what they’re talking about? Their discipline is very unprofessional I wanted to apply there, but when I heard all this, I said no thank you
