Woke up Sunday morning at 3 am with a pinched nerve in my neck, tons of pain, no range of motion. Had three sessions with Jessica Stepke and by Tuesday afternoon I had full range of motion and no pain. I am now able to make my work trip to Nashville! Thank you Jessica!
