Great guys with great advice and patience with a non-mechanic
Fully explained what was going to be done and as a first time customer was very happy.
In my experience Fernando and Nick are hard to deal with. Communication is extremely poor. They say they will do work and when another person picks up the car they charge them even though payment had already been made. When you call to discuss this they don’t want your business and they then threaten to report your car for the work they have done on it. When they tell you work will be complete and you turn up they haven’t even started. They make you wait each morning as they are late for work.
