Ordered an assorted meat 6inch the bun was totally stale and hard! I called To let them know they said they didn’t bake any fresh buns today! So I guess I got a bun that was at least older than one day maybe more! They said a manager would call me that was 5 hours ago!!!

if i could rate lower than a 1 i would!!! im a doordasher, got an order for a customer from this location on monday may 25th around noon. took me about 7 minutes to get from where i was at to this subway location. now my customers order had already been placed before i got there, when i pulled up there were no customers in the store, an older gentleman walked in as soon as i parked & got out the car. i walk in & see they arent working on my order so i sit down & they start helping the older gentleman when my customer's order... read more
My second time doing a huge catering order. Received half diet soda, no coke products and no condiments. Seems as though they were trying to get rid of unsold products. Never again $450.00

My girlfriend went in tonight to get two footlongs, one BMT & one cold cut combo. She waited at least 10 min to be waited on and when she did get waited on she was told there was only enough meat for 1/2 a cold cut combo. She ordered both with Italian herbs and cheese bread, but the bread didn't taste or look like it was completely done. We requested them to be toasted and she didn't leave them in long enough.
