Awful experience. I ordered from the app, when I show up, they have no clue I’ve placed an order. It didn’t come through the system. I was informed this happens sometimes. There was no ice, the machine is broken. Two of the 3 subs I ordered were to be toasted, now I’m informed that the machine is broken, it’s been broken since Irma (September 10th, today it’s October 18th) you’re telling me it takes that long to replace or repair an oven? I went to this location at 3:00 pm to get a foot long meatball sub and the lady working said I don't have enough meatballs. Really at 3:00 pm??? What happen to this subway it sucks now......
Door locked 45 minutes early with people visiting the worker inside. Sign is still on saying open, I went in right before she locked the door to get a drink and there's no cups terrible attitude don't waste your time here. Oh these are pics of ppl wondering why they can't get in.
