I usually don’t leave reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience today. I can’t eat meat, so I politely asked if they could use lettuce from another container. Instead of trying to help or even explaining nicely, the staff member simply replied, “It is what it is.” I wasn’t asking for anything complicated—just a small accommodation for my dietary needs.
