I ordered a sandwich for pickup. The food was warm and delicious but the quantity left much to be desired. Despite asking for more veggies, the sandwich had barely any. The amount of meat in the promotional materials compared to the actual sandwich was disappointing. Online menu said 1300 calories in my sandwich. There is no way it was anywhere near that number.
I had an utterly disappointing experience at this Subway location and will never return. I placed a pickup order for 1:05 PM, arrived on time, and was shocked to see the employee only begin making my sandwiches upon my arrival. When I mentioned I was in a hurry, she casually dismissed me, saying a 10-15 minute delay is "usual." This is unacceptable for a pre-ordered meal that’s supposed to be ready on time. This Subway is open late and always provides exceptional service. Aryan is always helpful and makes the best sandwiches.
I went in and asked for a "mild amount of sub sauce." The lady working heard the "M" and shoved mayo onto my sandwich. I'm allergic. She was trying to scrape it off and got mad when I asked her to remake it. Ended up squishing my sandwich and the person I was with. Sure, you work at a sub place, what exactly is professionalism? But that whole experience was unprofessional of her.
