Just went to this location and not only was the service great but everthing was fresh. The worker's there at this time 12:26 pm on a Tuesday clearly like their job and that's hard to find these day's especially our young worker's. So thank you, our family have been going through it and this was so refreshing and a smooth and delicious visit! So thank you, keep up the great customer service ♡
They NEVER have black olives. They say they're out, but the reality is, they just don't stock them. I assume because they are a costly topping? Every other subway still has them, why can't this one? Guess I'll go to any other sandwich place. Also, the older lady always has an attitude. Thought it was situational, nah, she's rude every time, to multiple people.
I ordered 2 sandwiches on 3/28/26 @ 7:45 pm. They were the worst sandwiches we've ever gotten at Subway! I reported it on the app and the owner, Jennifer Kinievich reached out by email to ask what happened. I emailed back and explained to her about the poor quality of the food we received. She pretty much said, "thanks for the feedback, I will let the team know" So I said, how about a refund, or at least replace the terrible food? And have gotten no response.
