I recently started ordering from their website before coming and picking it up so that I am not standing wasting my lunch break (i work in then centre). Without fail, every single time I arrive at the pick up time and they have not even started my order. There are even times that I will stand there and wait for my order to be made and they’ll start making orders for customers who come in after me.
