I was served by Mr Muiz and he so friendly. first time ordering subway and he offer me the most valueble promotion. i was convinced to buy the ramadhan promo. He also generous putting extra vege if you requested.. i had good experience that served by him. For the taste i think the asam fish is not so well with the bread. Mr Muiz also inform that the asam fish goes well with salad. Yeah i will try some other time to try salad asam fish instead of sandwich.

First time visit..staff name Mr Muiz do good serve me and listening what I requested, more important add more vegetables if requested... please keep it up quality serving

Pretty disappointing experience. The service was super slow, and somehow they gave me someone else’s order. Only realized it later since it was meant for my breakfast the next day. I don’t even take sauce or olives — had to throw the whole thing away 😑

今天大约下午3点45分，有一位马来女生为我们服务，她的态度非常无礼。 当我打招呼说“你好”时，她低着头，只说了一句“点餐”，完全没有眼神交流。她对食材的询问也很不耐烦，态度粗鲁。而且她只戴了一只手套，一个个地拿食物——我也不知道为什么，也许是懒得再戴一只手套？因为她的态度和动作，我上班都迟到了。 就连我要求打包的时候，她也只是随便把东西放下，然后就走开了。 这就是你们培训员工的方式吗？我看到其他评论，发现不止我一个人遇到这样的情况。拜托，为了顾客，请改进你们的服务。

8/8/25 @ around 12.40pm your staff named Brendan (Chinese boy, with brown long hair), was very rude. Its his mistake that he didn’t hear me properly and when I repeated he gave me a cunning look and answered rudely. That was one and another thing is he didn’t look pleasant, as a restaurant staff he should look clean, his nose was full of flu 🤮..At least wear a mask if you are not very well.
