Subway Ultimo is a great area. It has great subway. The area of the shop is pretty clean and tidy. But the food is top notch. It took a while but the ley made it pretty fast.
Terrible service. Every time I go to this Subway, the staff are rude and unfriendly. The last time, I came to pick up a customer’s order and they asked me to confirm the pickup on my phone. While I was doing that, the employee impatiently grabbed the order, placed it on the other side of the counter, and said, “you can get it there.” When I asked why she did that, she responded arrogantly, saying I was not on my phone and was not paying attention.
