The worst Subway in all of Sydney — terrible service!
Bad reception in the night time
I had a really disappointing experience here, and unfortunately, I would not want to come back again. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was very poor and unprofessional. The staff came across as rude and did not seem interested in listening to customers or understanding their concerns. Whenever we tried to ask a question or explain something about our order, we felt ignored rather than helped. The ordering experience was also frustrating. I personally witnessed staff wearing disposable gloves while handling both receipts and food. Since receipts are printed on thermal paper, which may contain potentially harmful chemicals, this practice is both unhygienic and poses a potential food safety risk to customers.
