Went there at 645pm and the lady said she has to leave at 7pm and has to clean and mop so she can't take the order. Won't recommend any reliability on her.
I was greeted by a "what do u want?" upon arrival, not even a hello. Not even a how are you. Customer satisfaction obviously very low, employee satisfaction, even lower. Employee was smack talking me right infront of me. Staff turnover? Probably very high. Absenteeism? Even higher. Wrap was terribly wrapped, i was politely asking if it could be remade and he was arguing with me. The short small asian man was giving me so much attitude
I popped into this Subway store early in the morning, hungry and hoping to grab a quick sandwich to start my day nicely, but I was met with extremely unprofessional service from an older male staff member. I hadn’t even finished deciding my order or the sub size yet, and he kept rushing me repeatedly, pressing nonstop for which bread I wanted. 11:30 am today. The female member of staff was very rude. She seems unhappy in her job. However, that is no reason to treat customers badly. I ordered in APP, my 6-inch Subway sandwich to be toasted. She ignored my request and pretended not to hear me ask her to toast it. When I opened it at home, my Subway was a mess.
