What a disgusting sandwich this was 🤢 All Broken up with flooded source, mashed up like animal food, bun sticked on paper and what’s more insanely ridiculous was price at RM19++!! This is not a sandwich hub is a scam hub. 🤮
I have never been to any subway in such situation. Only one person taking the order physically and preparing for the grabs and at the cashier all with only ONE PERSON! my mom had to que for almost 40mins!!! And yet haven’t taken the order yet! I know its raya public holiday then you should just shut down the outlet if you cant handle the crowd!
Sometimes I get items from a different menu than what I ordered on Grab, and the sauce is often completely wrong. It’s rare for my order to arrive exactly as requested. I hope this can be improved.
