I've went to subway taman sri muda on 29/03/2026 (8.25pm) which is now. The indian girl with spectacles was very very careless and service was very bad. Feels like she don't have mood to work at all and not listening properly to the instructions. No smiling gesture to the customers. She didn't put full scoop of bbq chicken no any basic skills and training. The way she pour the sauce is really worst. I've never seen this before in any outlet. Employees aren't listening properly. Hopefully subway provided some proper training before hiring anyone. Every single time they mess up the order. Giving something that didn't ask for. One time a friend and I went in 40 minutes before closing... The staff just yelled "OH MY GOD" loudly. No wonder the place is empty all the time I went to get sub. The burger stall outside of this subway gets much more customers than this place.
Tolong check order dari customer betul-betul. I order steak and cheese salad add on bulgogi chicken. But i only get bulgogi chicken. Dengan saladnya sikit. Frust tahu tak bila pregnant mom mengidam tapi dapat macam ni. So disappointed 👎🏻
