Subway is one of my favourite places for a quick meal, so I stopped here for lunch. Excellent customer service from the lady who served me, and the service was very fast. The sandwich was made with fresh ingredients and nice-quality, fresh bread. The portion size was also generous and consistent with my past dining experiences at other Subway branches across Sydney. I also liked the little outdoor dining area, which was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the meal. Overall, a great experience.
There needs to be more people like Melissa in customer service roles. She knows my order before I even have to ask and is so polite and bubbly. Needs to be employee of the year !
I have been going to this subway since forever, but they’ve changed ownership & all of the team members have changed. It’s not as friendly & welcoming as it used to be… I entered the store with my assistance dog & proceeded to order; this is when another team member or manager appears & tells me to tie my assistance dog outside because he can’t be near the food. I said no as my assistance dog is legally allowed to be here and he got angry & kept telling me to tie him outside which is absurd!
