There needs to be more people like Melissa in customer service roles. She knows my order before I even have to ask and is so polite and bubbly. Needs to be employee of the year !
I have been going to this subway since forever, but they’ve changed ownership & all of the team members have changed. It’s not as friendly & welcoming as it used to be… I entered the store with my assistance dog & proceeded to order; this is when another team member or manager appears & tells me to tie my assistance dog outside because he can’t be near the food. I said no as my assistance dog is legally allowed to be here and he got angry & kept telling me to tie him outside which is absurd!

Incredible, always go here on Sundays and the employees are so good no nonsense no mucking about.
I haven't eaten the food yet as I literally just got in the car. I was served by a lady wearing a name tag of Melissa. And WOW! her customer service and politeness blew me away. More people should be like Melissa in this world. The store was also very clean and tidy...probably the best Subway I have ever stepped foot in.
