Perfect service and attitude by Izzat.
I’m a regular Subway customer, and this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. The staff’s response and service were extremely slow, and the overall experience was disappointing.
Slow service. Waited almost half an hour for a sandwich while other branches gets it done by 2 mins. Dosent seem to have chemistry between workers which contributed to poor service. Happened twice. Probably lack of training.
I personally think the staff at this outlet at Sunway square mall need to improve their manners and customer service. Firstly, the staff member who took my order was not attentive. She was taking her sweet time putting on hand gloves and chat with her colleagues! While I was placing my order, she appeared annoyed. When she couldn’t hear me and I repeated my order, she rolled her eyes at me.
