First time i came here i found hair in my food, the next few times i came here twice they cant even wrap my food properly eveything falls out and i have to wrap myself. The veggie u asked for green pepper and they gave me 2 slices of it. What terrible service quality is this?? The malay girl staff with the dark blue glasses is friendly and nice though.

This is the first time I’ve encountered service like this at Subway! I told the staff member, Azmir, that I wanted to order the ‘Roast Chicken Sandwich’ from the daily specials, but he handed me a vegetarian menu instead. I would like to share my experience at your outlet on 12 March 2025 at around 1:25 PM. I visited the store to take away food. After leaving the outlet, I realized that I had accidentally left my magnetic board on the table located in front of the counter. I only became aware of it later and returned to the store at around 4:00 PM on office 13th match to check if it had been found as yesterday back early.
