rude staff
RUDE STAFF!!!! Poor attitude
I recently ordered the mushroom soup at this Subway, and honestly, it was very disappointing. For RM 7.90, I was only given half a cup. It was basically tasteless, with only one or two tiny slices of mushroom. It felt like it had just been reheated in a microwave. Definitely not worth the price.
Staff rude and clearly lacked of basic manners when dealing with customers. Please consider sending the staff to customer service training.
Speaking for this Sunway Pyramid branch - quite a waste of a good place with good sub. There was only 1 pax queue in front of me but I waited long enough. In many other Subway branches, I would be comfortably seated and eating already given the same waiting time. So slow although there were 3 staff at the front counter. The first service I got was was "nak ape" with rolled eyes. I guess common courtesy is enough in F&B, xyah service extra good pun xpe. Then the tables.
