worst service. lama gila i queue tunggu my turn then baru bagitahu semua roti habis? semua??? its 9pm. subway sunway pyramid memang takda stock roti ke? ni weekday, bukan weekend. then sorry pun takda??? dahlah takda suggest apa apa pun terus blah mcm tu je. rushing macam i masuk kedai 9:55pm pls improve.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff was rude, had a terrible attitude, and couldn’t even get a simple order right because she wasn’t listening. Instead of apologizing, she gave me an attitude and looked annoyed when I pointed out her mistake. Customers pay for their food and deserve basic respect. If you can’t handle customer service, then maybe F&B isn’t the right job for you. Thanks for making sure I’ll never come back to this outlet!!!
