Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff was rude, had a terrible attitude, and couldn’t even get a simple order right because she wasn’t listening. Instead of apologizing, she gave me an attitude and looked annoyed when I pointed out her mistake. Customers pay for their food and deserve basic respect. If you can’t handle customer service, then maybe F&B isn’t the right job for you. Thanks for making sure I’ll never come back to this outlet!!!
Want to have extra vegetables, your staff indian AMINUL was giving just few 3-4 slices of tomatoes as EXTRA tomatoes. HILARIOUS
Customer queuing and the workers is chatting and playing around doing their job slow, not listening to customers requirements and ended up making my order wrongly. When i tell the staff about it she still want to show faces to me n placing stuff hard making those loud voices
