I’m sharing this as a heads-up to others to avoid a similar unpleasant experience. During my visit, I encountered a young, Malay, male staff member wearing spectacles who came across as rude and condescending. His tone felt unnecessarily harsh, as if he was upset, and the interaction was uncomfortable from the start. Understaff and very slow service. Asked for thousand island sauce and was told finished. But felt staff was lazy to take new one.

First time visiting this outlet for lunch take away , and it was Hari Raya Day 3. Pleasantly surprised to see 2 Malay guys crew manning the counter despite Raya celebration. They were cheerful taking orders as well as patient with the customers in front who took forever to decide what ingredients to add.....kudos to the crew. My footlong was prepared and given to me nicely packed. We even exchanged Selamat Hari Raya greeting. Why is all the employees not wearing a mask???? They have to talk a lot while handling our food, it’s quite disgusting for them to talk right above the foods.
