I pity the one guy handling everyone's orders. There were two of them, but his colleague is behind the kitchen doing God knows what instead of manning the counter. Tolong sedar.

The worst service crew I have encountered in Malaysia, except for the cashier lady — she was polite and helpful. The two male staff members sounded rude and annoyed throughout the interaction. Their communication in both Malay and English was very poor, making it difficult to understand them. Whenever I tried to ask a question, they would simply respond with “Huh?” or “Har?” instead of assisting professionally. Overall, the customer service experience was disappointing and needs significant improvement.
Terrible, possibly worst branch I've ever come across
Your shop clearly shows online that it closes at 8pm. It’s not even 7:30pm yet and you’re already refusing orders. If you’re going to stop taking orders early, then update the closing time in real time instead of misleading customers and wasting people’s time.
