Some subway places have amazing team work, all the staff behind counters working in tandem and proper communication ... a heavenly view when things done right... but this branch is the opposite... its a nightmare... food is the same in all branches but the staff and their work ethics here is not the same... my wife was buying a subway and im writing as an observer... when there are a lot of people lining up.. you need to pick up the pace.. cannot be working slow like theres only 2 people when 20 people are waiting... this is... read more
Very slow services, please improvise
I pity the one guy handling everyone's orders. There were two of them, but his colleague is behind the kitchen doing God knows what instead of manning the counter. Tolong sedar.

The worst service crew I have encountered in Malaysia, except for the cashier lady — she was polite and helpful. The two male staff members sounded rude and annoyed throughout the interaction. Their communication in both Malay and English was very poor, making it difficult to understand them. Whenever I tried to ask a question, they would simply respond with “Huh?” or “Har?” instead of assisting professionally. Overall, the customer service experience was disappointing and needs significant improvement.
