The status on Grab says the order was delivered, but I did not receive it. I’m guessing my order was not even prepared by the staff. If my order came in when the kitchen was already closed, there should have been an effort to inform me like call or text me. I was super hungry and excited for the sandwich. This wasted my time when I could have ordered somewhere else. Very frustrating.
Pls give more training to your new staffs on how to prepare the sandwiches properly...very poor service today
Masa saya dtg customer langsung tak ada.. Greetings pon tak ada.. Saya dtg staff susun roti lps tu tak tnya nak apa.. Kita yg ckp nak apa.. Tak bersuara langsung.. tetibe da letak lettuce tanpa tanya apa saya nak.. Awak tu bekerja di brands yg besar dik, benda basic mcm greetings pon awak tak buat.. Macam bz sgt pdhal customer pon tak ada.. Btw sy penah bekerja di Subway selama 11tahun sebelum nie jadi saya tahu SOP dan benda basic.. 20/08/2025
Makanan tidak ada langsung sayur hanya bawang sahaja..kata staff dah habis ,sayur salad dn tomato takkan tak boleh top up dkt Market pon boleh beli
