One of the staff malay guy members provided very poor customer service. I came three days in a row to ask about the RM9.95 promotion, but he told me that it was already sold out. However, on the same day, my friend was able to purchase the exact same menu. The staff also looked very uninterested and seemed reluctant to serve customers. I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the customer service.

I went there yesterday, i ask them for the weekly sandwich and there a malay guy , He was very rude to my friend and try to explain like we some kid and like we disabled person. He doesn’t smile and he always put a small portion of filling in the sandwich, he act like he hate his job and he gave my friend a side eye before we came in But there another staff named Ali , He was super sweet and nice , he was very helpful and i think he deserves a praise

I had diarrhea after I had subway in the afternoon and at night and got diarrhoea the tommorow morning.

Disgusting. Staffs seems like they don't want to work. Vegetables taste awful Just quit then, dont be rude. Clean the damn place for god's sake
