The "help" need serious help 30 minutes to make four sandwiches jeez and worse the veggies were clearly frozen i think the case is in dire need of replacing it was covered in Ice which made the veggies taste bad all the customers were upset with the lack of help as well people coming in for online orders having to wait because the orders weren't ready and what they ordered wasn't available
Carinna was very unpleasant and wasn’t even the one making my food. She gave attitude to the other person working there for really no reason. The wait was forever and I feel like you can guess who I’m about to say was the reason for that.
On 12SEPT25, I patronized the Standish Subway and it was excellent. The food was excellent and the Service was timely, efficient, and courteous. The dining area, table tops, and floor were all clean. Thank you. This Subway location is the best out of all of them in the Greater Portland area. I have been to all the other locations and those suck. If I could give Zero stars I would. This will be the last time that I order from the Standish Subway! I placed my via their web app and got notification that it was done. Arrived to pick it up - order had not even been started and waited almost an hour for two sandwiches and a salad. To top it off, the salad I ordered with no dressing was swimming in Italian dressing! Never again!!
