Absolutely pathetic, disgustingly unprofessional staff!! I wanted a brown bread for my toddler for the toast and she goes- I can’t do brown bread no customization allowed, I told her to charge me extra for the brown bread, she goes no I can’t. what the actual hell!!!!!!!! Heights seriously!!!!!
The food was good but the service was very bad i asked them to put chips in my sandwich which is very common to ask for in every subway and i have been eating my sandwich the same way for couple of years and have no problem with asking to add some doritos in it but got refused but thats not the worst part then after refusing they had the audacity to tell me that i can do it myself not once but twice and when i asked them why cant you just put the chips if im willing to pay for it, they replied with saying that its their poli... read more
Placed an online order for pickup. A lot of cheese was added to the veg salad even though we asked for no cheese! When we called them, the reply was come back to the store for a replacement. No apologies, no other option provided. HOW DIFFICULT IS FOR YOU TO ASSEMBLE FOOD WRITTEN IN FRONT OF YOU?? Unacceptable !!
