staff kekurangan training. can't cut bread properly, minta toasted tp kdg2 x heat sandwich, don't change gloves between orders, laugh at customers behind their back, leave toasted meat n cheese for so long on counter cos dono how to manage queue + online orders (peak hour confirm kena), some staff dont understand english,bahasa melayu or charades. last 2 visits there were constant presence of flies, 1 of them living in the cookie display. sad cos the nearest branch other than this is not at walking distance
I just went to your store to buy food, and your staff had a very problematic attitude. I asked for the sauce to be served separately, and they directly told me it couldn't be done because I wasn't going to eat it right away.
No place to wash hand. The waiter is lousy. Slow and not responsive. Maybe he saw me is a chinese. Not so want to layan.

I genuinely enjoy eating at Subway, and the service at other branches has always been very good. It’s only this particular branch that keeps giving such a bad experience. Every time we come back to this outlet, the experience is honestly very unpleasant. The two male staff members here should really be sent for retraining. If they touch cash, their gloves should be changed, but I had to remind them myself. Even after that, they continued touching other surfaces before handling the food again.
