I genuinely enjoy eating at Subway, and the service at other branches has always been very good. It’s only this particular branch that keeps giving such a bad experience. Every time we come back to this outlet, the experience is honestly very unpleasant. The two male staff members here should really be sent for retraining. I odered sub of the day on Saturday add on 2scoop tuna . On Menu itself addon rm2.++ for 1 scoop tuna . To be round off my price is rm 22.++ I argue a bit but your cashier is Bangladesh and what for I argue more because i was hungry. Its lucky i lost my receipt .
Worst ever service!! Staff over there I guess more stingy compared to owner of the shop.
Service: The staff supposed to have her gloves changed for every orders,but she didn't bother to do so. I'm a vegetarian and I ordered veggie delite and she didn't change her gloves before preparing my food, after holding some chicken items. Not following the S.O.P at all unlike many other branches. To be honest, she was using the same gloves the whole times, to prepare & wrap different orders, to open and close the oven! Need more training on the quality and safety of food preparation aspect. Delicious tandoori chicken with honey oat bread 🍞 and neatly wrapped not messy. Done the sandwich with passion. Sweet corn 🌽 delicious 😋
