Absolutely appalling experience. We ordered a footlong sandwich with all the vegetables, but what we received was completely ICE COLD and totally unheated—the cheese was still completely solid and hard. To make matters worse, they completely ignored the request for ALL VEGE and only included onion, cucumber, and a tiny pinch of lettuce, leaving out every other vegetable. This level of quality and service is completely unacceptable and frankly unbearable.
Slow. Always got oven problem.
我去那么多地方的subway，每次要求菜多点其他分行都会给多点，这间是我第一次遇到那么小气的，也许不想频繁补货，而且菜品不齐全，要求加菜要说三遍，说也不回应也不行动，最后一次要求才加给我，而且脸黑黑的
