Bad service, charge me extra for a smaller sandwich. did not want to make it correct for customer.just looked at me, ad Ahh dugh..wont go back to that one again.

I feel your same pain Paula w/ regard to this particular Subway franchise. My husband and I also had two bad experiences w/ this location. Same problem, they were extremely stingy w/ the ingredients. The only reason we gave the a second chance is that we know the employee turn-over rate is very high in most fast food restaurants and thought wed have a better experience if we gave them a second chance. Suffice it to say we now make our subs at home where we can control portion sizes, ingredients and have only ourselves to bla... read more

subway is the best place to get a sub. people are friendly and they always greet the customers and they are real fast on getting your order ready for you.

I am an employee at Batavia Transmissions and on two ocasions this week I have chosen to dine at Subway. Well needless to say that this will be the last. I called my friendly subway to let them know how unhappy I was with the lack of contents on my sandwich. I ordered Cheese and did not get it also I did not get a handful of meat along with the almost handful of toppings requested. When I called the manager to complain (which I rearly ever do) because of the second bad sub from their location I was informed that they must we... read more
