The lady with all the face tats is super rude, I also ordered my sandwiches 20 minutes in advance and she hadn’t even started it when I got there
the past two weeks i’ve tried to get subway for lunch while at work. Didn’t get her name, she was giving me and my sister attitude. When we were standing in line to order, she said that she was going to take a 15 min break, sign was up though we couldn’t see it. She pointed the sign out, then said nevermind I’ll just make your sandwich, we told her it’s fine she can go take her break but she insisted aggressively. Employee Danielle is amazing. Every time I come in I’m greeted with a smile and everything always is ready and perfect. She really sets the standards for your company and makes customer service look easy when I know it’s hard when you work by yourself.
