So I had gone in to the Rogue Valley Mall Subway. Not even to order anything for myself I was actually at the mall returning my motocross helmet from Amazon and a Gentleman who was clearly homeless asked me if I had any food when I was locking up my bike. Waited for a while, no employee, even after asking another restaurant, they couldn't find an employee either. Ended up going to another subway down the road that had employees on Biddle
I want to give a shout to NIGEL at the Subway at the Rogue Valley Mall! Came it at closing and he was fabulous! Fixed my sandwich and was very personable! Great customer service! Everything looked fresh and clean and ready to serve the next customer. Subway is LUCKY to have such an amazing employee!!
